Page Unified School District #8 accepts applications for employment throughout the year. All positions are filled from completed files. These files must include:
~A completed certificated application. Be sure to complete and sign page five, and to include a signed "Notice to Consumer and Authorization" form. ~An unofficial copy of your transcript(s) of university credits. ~A college or university placement file, OR Three letters of recommendation. NOTE: One of the recommendations must be from an employer within the last two years (most recent administrator preferred). ~A copy of your current, valid Arizona certificate.
If you do not already have Arizona certification, you may contact the Arizona Department of Education, 1535 West Jefferson St. Phoenix Arizona 85007 , (602) 542-4367, or visit the Arizona Department of Education Web site at State Certification Office. NOTE: If you do not already have Arizona certification, contact ADE immediately. Recent changes in procedures may cause up to a 4-month delay in a certificate being issued.
